FROM EXTREMADURA TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
In 1993 we set up Mafresa so that we could bring the world the finest, most varied selection of Spain's most popular product: Iberian pork. Since then, we have incorporated the livestock tradition and traditional production methods to capture its essence in our meat and processed products. We want people in every kitchen and at every table to be able to savour the flavours and aromas of our land.
The Iberian breed can only be reared with a natural approach and with local people. For this reason, in Mafresa we keep all of the production processes on our site and we work with local suppliers.
